If you do not wish to take the elearning scuba diving program with PADI or if you are under 12 years old we can offer a Private Open Water Course.

Please take a moment to look over the PADI Medical Statement, available on our downloads page on our website. Some medical conditions can preclude you from scuba diving activities, and others need the consent of your doctor before you can participate.

The course program includes five academic modules, five confined water (pool) modules and four ocean dives. The class in conducted at the Ocean frontiers Dive Center in Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands.  This class is performance based, we typically schedule the course over three full days. What we suggest is booking in advance and then we can send you the PADI Open Water CDROM Course ahead of time. It can log up to 4 divers on the program. You can complete all the reading and Knowledge reviews at home so you arrive fully prepared and ready to dive in to the course.  Next thing you know, all your thinking about is where you can be diving next!!

Students (15 years of age and over) who complete the course will become PADI Open Water Divers and will receive a certification card; students 10-14 years of age who complete the course will become a Junior Open Water Dive and will receive a certification card. Divers must be at least 10 years old to complete this course.

Costs: $699.00 per person

Private Certification courses are scheduled upon demand. All equipment and training materials are included in the course!
