It's common practice for scuba divers to begin their Open Water course at home at their local dive shop and then want to complete their 4 checkout dives in something other than a freezing quarry or muddy lake. That's why we at Ocean Frontiers specialise in Open Water Referral certifications with our team of PADI and SSI Instructors. We have tailored the perfect experience for your first ocean dives. One that supports you as a beginner diver while also providing the opportunity to experience the famous Cayman wall that divers all over the world come here to see.
We are a PADI and SSI Dive Centre, allowing us to complete your scuba certification right here in the Cayman Islands. If you have started your Open Water Diver course with NAUI, SDI, RAID, or any other training organization that provides a universal scuba referral form, you can still finish your four ocean dives with us. We will sign your universal form, which you can then take back to your original dive shop for your official certification.
Once you have completed your 4 check out dives with us we hope you will sign up for more incredible dives! All student divers who complete their four checkout dives with us can continue to dive with Ocean Frontiers before returning home to receive their official certification card.
Note:
Single rate does not equate to a private lesson. Group rates are discounted for bookings of multiple people on the same reservation.Additional Private Instruction:
$195 per 3-hour session with an instructor (fee is per session, not per student and excludes dives)
If you're unable to successfully complete any course component after your first attempt, a second attempt would require scheduling an additional private instruction session. This personalized instruction provides the focused attention you need to meet certification requirements.
Our Group Rate (2+ students) offers a discounted price when multiple people book the same course together on a single reservation. The Single Student Rate applies when only one person books the course. Please note that the Single Rate does not equate to a private lesson - you may still be grouped with other students. The Group Rate is our way of rewarding those who bring friends or family to learn together.
